Please feel free to chime in if you own one. I feel a traditional high end mug will work better in the end. It seems like it’s more hassle than it’s worth. I just don’t see how this can last more than a year or 2 & then your stuck buying a new one. This is enough for me to not purchase this item.

The biggest complaints are not hot enough, won’t charge, stopped working after so many months & inside is flaking away. Even though the reviews are decent, I knew exactly what all the bad reviews would say. So I’m not sure I would ever buy a product like this.
